Returns & Exchanges Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us subject to our Return Policy Guidelines stated below, for store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition along with the original packaging.
Return Option
Store Credit: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for store credit, excluding any shipping charges. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will also have our standard shipping charge of $10 deducted from the store credit balance. You will then have 1 year from the date you placed your original order to use your store credit balance.
Your store credit amount and how to use it will be communicated to you through email.
To Initiate a Return: Please call us at (661) 323-9457 between 10am and 4pm PST and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. You may also return the item in person at our store located at 1730 Oak Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301.
Upon receipt of returned item, Don Lucas Inc reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the Return Policy Guidelines as stated above.
Cancellation Policy
Because our products are unique, production starts soon after order placement. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please call us at (661) 323-9457. Once 24 hours has passed, you cannot cancel your order however, upon receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy stated above.
Custom Jewelry
Because every piece of Don Lucas jewelry is hand-made, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo on our website. The only real variations would be the shades of the stones used in the piece of jewelry. The reason for this is because all stones vary in lighter and darker shades, but be assured the variations will be minor, if there are any at all.
