Return & Exchange
We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If you’re dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us subject to our Return Policy Guidelines stated below.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and in original condition.
Return policy:
For the first 3 days following receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for store credit, excluding any shipping charges. Returned items that qualified for free shipping will also have our standard shipping charge of $10 deducted from the store credit balance. You have 1 year from the date you placed your original order to use your store credit balance.
Your store credit amount and how to use it will be communicated through email.
To Initiate a Return:
Please call us at (661) 323-9457 between 10 am and 4 pm PST to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. You may also return the item in person to our store located at 1730 Oak Street Bakersfield, CA 93301.
Upon receipt of a returned item, Don Lucas Inc reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the Return Policy Guidelines as stated above.
Cancellation Policy
Because our products are unique, production starts soon after order placement. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please call us at (661) 323-9457. You cannot cancel your order once 24 hours has passed. Upon receiving your order, however, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy stated above.
